Students of Kendriya Vidyalaya No.4, Bhubaneswar who have passed class X are required to given OPTION FORM FOR CLASS XI attached here in website along with all relevant documents make one pdf and mail to kv4bbsradmission@gmail.com as soon as possible but maximum by 8th August 2021.

Those who are eligible for both Science and Commerce and interested can apply for both in two separate mail along with separate documents. But provisional list for admission shall be declared after shortlisting on 10th August 2021 for admission in Science and Commerce streams.
